Each individual may operate only one bdbet account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
2.4 Identity Verification
bdbet reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This process may involve requesting a government-issued ID, proof of address, or financial transaction documents. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until the verification process is complete. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposit Terms
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into a bdbet account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer through major banks in Bangladesh (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
Deposited funds must come only from an account owned by the legitimate account holder. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and may result in account closure.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
Members may request a withdrawal from their account balance at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests typically take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Once the withdrawal request is verified and approved, funds will be transferred via the designated payment method.
Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used to deposit funds into the account. Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
3.3 Transaction Security
bdbet uses SSL encryption technology to keep all financial transactions secure. We never ask for your bank or mobile banking PIN. If a suspicious transaction is detected, bdbet reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bdbet offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 100% bonus on the first deposit applies, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit), making your total balance ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Abuse of the bonus system is strictly prohibited. Abuse includes claiming bonuses through multiple accounts and using gaming strategies to circumvent wagering requirements. In such cases, bdbet reserves the right to cancel the bonus or suspend the account.
4.4 VIP & Cashback Program
bdbet operates four VIP tiers. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Members can progress to higher VIP tiers step by step based on their activity and contributions. Cashback funds are credited directly to the account. Separate wagering requirements from bdbet may apply to cashback benefits.
Prohibited Activities & Responsibilities
5.1 General Prohibitions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbet platform:
- Creating an account with false or misleading information.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
- Playing games using automated software or bots.
- Facilitating money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Harassing or abusing other members of bdbet.
- Attempting to attack or disrupt the service.
5.2 Fraud & Cheating
If any fraudulent activity is detected — such as bonus abuse, payment fraud, or game manipulation — bdbet reserves the right to immediately close the associated account, forfeit any deposited funds and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.
5.3 Limitation of Liability
For losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet disconnections on the bdbet platform, every effort will be made to provide a resolution. However, bdbet does not accept liability for losses caused by factors beyond its control. Members use the platform at their own risk.

6.1 Use of Personal Information
